Tasty Tuesday: Honey Storm
It is a Boozy Tasty Tuesday today, friends! This one is brought to you by sister bonding after the big Thanksgiving dinner. After stuffing ourselves, we decided we wanted to give bourbon a try. After a mad dash to both the liqueur store and grocery store, which closed 30 minutes from the moment we decided we needed to make a drink by the way, we found a winning bourbon drink recipe. The Honey Storm entered our lives and it was tasty enough I had to share it with you!
It has three ingredients, is perfect for those who are new to bourbon, and for those who aren’t into just straight bourbon. It calls for Ginger Beer and we found Angry Orchard’s Apple Ginger Cider that we loved in this drink. Also, if you’re like me, now that you have a bottle of bourbon sitting around, you can cook things like this Vanilla Bourbon Baked Acorn Squash, these Bourbon Pudding with Candied Pecans, and this Pumpkin Bourbon Milkshake!
