Yummy in my Tummy Smoothies

There is nothing quite like a smoothie on a warm day. They are great for an on-the-go breakfast, after workout snack or just a way to cool off. Smoothies are also a great way to get more fruits and veggies into your diet (and into your kids as well). If you want to make a big batch and pour them into popsicle molds, smoothies can also make great popsicles! As the weather is getting warmer it’s time to break out your blender and start making some healthy drinks!
